Purpose and Objectives

1. To deal with technical and trade promotional problems of the acoustical and/or interior systems contracting industry in the Cuyahoga-Lorain-Lake-Geauga county area.

2. To strive for improvement of employer-labor relations within the industry and for reasonable and equitable solutions to problems of labor, including labor working conditions.

3. To do any and all other lawful acts and things to develop the ability of the industry better to serve the public, to promote the expansion of the acoustical and/or interior systems industry and to protect all other legitimate common interests of the members.

Membership – Eligibility

Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation actively engaged in contracting for commercial, industrial and/or institutional acoustical and/or interior systems work for a minimum period of two (2) years in the Cuyahoga-Lorain-Lake-Geauga county area and who is signatory to the union contracts of the tradesmen he employs shall be considered an acoustical and/or interior systems contractor and, if accepted as a member of the Construction Employers Association, shall be eligible for membership in this Association, subject to the requirements, terms, and conditions of membership.
