Regular MembersConstruction Employers' Association ("CEA") is an Association comprised of employer associations and union contractors engaged in the construction industry. Membership in CEA may be had and maintained through associations of employers engaged in the construction industry and employing a craft union and which have historically negotiated a separate labor agreement with such craft union. Contracting firms which are not represented by an association belonging to CEA may be elected to Individual Membership in CEA upon approval of the Board of Directors. Affiliated MembersThose individuals, firms or corporations engaged principally in the manufacture and/or sale of materials and/or equipment and/or services used by contractors engaged in construction, shall be eligible for Affiliate Membership. Affiliate Members or their representatives shall be privileged to attend all meetings, seminars, or conventions of the Association, receive pertinent mailings, including newsletters and updates, and shall be privileged to participate in all related activities of the Association. Affiliate Membership is available by referral of a CEA member and approval by the Board of Directors. Membership RequirementsAny association or individual employer desiring to become a member of CEA shall make application for membership to CEA through the Executive Vice President. Such application shall be referred by the Executive Vice President to the Board of Directors who shall have total authority to either approve or disapprove the application.
