After several recent meetings between representatives of the Carpenters, the Laborers, CEA, the Carpenter Contractors Association and the AGC of Ohio, Cleveland Division, all parties have agreed to a new revision that is now a 16-Point Agreement. This new agreement applies to commercial work only in Cuyahoga and Geauga Counties. Both Labor and Management representatives believe this revised agreement will continue to eliminate jurisdictional disputes and provide a better understanding between these organizations. poster that reflects the recently enacted minimum wage increases. Employers must
post, and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a conspicuous place in all
of their offices and jobsites. If you already have labor law posters displayed, just print the new poster and include it with your other postings.
