Important Notice!

This is to inform all CEA members and CISP contributors that the Safety Department is  unable to take registrations over the phone.  When registering for our classes, the registration form must be filled out completely and sent in with your payment for the class.  This policy will be enforced to eliminate problems with "no shows" and unpaid balances.

Registrations can be faxed over if you will be paying for the class with a Master Card, Visa, or American Express Card.  When using a credit card, the enclosed form must be filled out and faxed back with the registration form. 

Also, no refunds or credits will be issued when a student fails to attend class.  Cancellations will be accepted up to one week prior to class, with full reimbursement.
