Presenter's Bio:

Matt Jensen graduated from The University of North Dakota. Upon graduation, went to work in the Bakken Oil Fields in North Dakota as laborer. Eventually, came on with 3M as a specialist for the Oil & Gas industry. I have been working with 3M for almost 5 years, most of which was working with fall protection, rescue, and confined space.  Transferred to Ohio as the fall protection specialist providing technical assistance, training, and site evaluations for the last 2.5 years.

Mike Ozello has been an employee of 3M for 22 year, all within the safety organization in Ohio. The first 13 years were spent with Aearo Technologies focusing on hearing protection, eye protection, and respiratory protection and the last 9 years have been spent within the 3M Personal Safety Division. His responsibilities are to assist companies keeping employees safe by providing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), training, and regulation support. He is also a graduate of the University of Akron , majoring in Marketing.
