Topic: OSHA Injury and Illness Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements

Presenter:  Scott Turner, Safety & Health Consultant, OSHA - Onsite Consultation Program

Scott Turner has had the privilege of assisting employers in Ohio since April 1993 when he began working for the Division of Safety & Hygiene.  In May 2018, Scott accepted a position with the OSHA Onsite Consultation Program working as a Safety and Health Consultant in NE Ohio.

Scott is also an instructor for the Division of Safety & Hygiene and currently instructs OSHA Injury/Illness Recordkeeping and OSHA 10/30 hour general industry courses.  He has been an OSHA Recordkeeping instructor since 1997.

Scott is now a published author as the World Safety Organization has published an article he wrote on OSHA injury and illness recording/reporting (April 2012).
