Creating a Safe Project Site - May 14, 2015 | 4:00 - 6:00pm

Class will assist participating companies in defining OSHA Safety requirements, managing compliance and developing a safety culture. Participants will discuss steps to take responsibility for managing their employee safety, workplace safety and their own personal safety. During the session, participants will prepare a project safety plan and learn how to conduct site safety inspections.  Presenter: Heather Baines, Northcoast Concrete

Each session will include a How to Do Business Session with Owners including Cleveland State University, MetroHealth and others.

 

CEA's Contractor Success Series targets management employees with executive briefing.  Each two-hour session offers an overview on areas critical to contractor success.

This program was developed by Contractors Assistance Association members to expand awareness of construction management principles key to successfully operating a construction business. This continuing education series for contractors with three years in the construction business, provides an executive overview via a professional and subject expert.
