Target audience – professionals with construction leadership and management experience that wish to understand the risks associated with the construction industry, how to mitigate those risks, and what role construction contracts have in this process.  Although not required, experience in a leadership or management role, or completion of the previous classes in the Construction Management Series is recommended in order to understand the terms and situations that will be discussed and in order to achieve a greater benefit from the class.
