Frances's Bio:

Frances Burrows, RN, M Ed., COHN-S, and President, founded Project T.E.A.C.H., Inc. After writing one of the first Right-To-Know Programs as her Master's thesis at Kent State University. This Right-To-Know Program remains in the Library of Congress today. Frances is also an authorized OSHA Instructor and BWC Transitional Work & Drug Free Program Developer.
