Presenter: Justin Snyder, Hammond Construction, Darren Krolikowski, Percision Envirnmental, and Andrew Biegacki, JADCO Construction Services, Inc.

Bio: Justin Snyder has near 10 years of experience in safety and health. He has worked in the manufacturing, steel making, oil refining, and commercial construction industries. He currently resides at Hammond Construction Inc. as the Safety Manager, a Canton company focusing on education and health care construction.

Darren is currently the Environmental Health & Safety Specialist at Precision Environmental Company. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Mount Union and began working with Precision in the Fall of 2018. In his three years of service with Precision, Darren has gained a broad array of knowledge in subjects such as industrial hygiene, hazard analysis, risk management, and environmental management, while also earning the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) Credential. Darren is the Vice Chair of the Future Safety Executive Committee, a subcommittee of the CEA Safety Council, whose mission is to educate safety professionals new to the industry. Darren hopes to continue learning from industry leaders, gain quality experience, and educate about the importance of safety in the workplace.

Andrew Biegacki is currently a Project Manager at JADCO Construction Services.  He received a Bachelor's Degree from Kent State Univirsity.  Andrew is  an active member of the Future Safety Executive Commitee and a member of the CSC.
