He will be discussing an overview of the BBP Standard and available OSHA interpretations relevant to the Construction industry; and providing a current update on COVID-19, with selected topics of interest to construction workers and employers.

Presenter:  Douglas Trout - CDC/NIOSH/DFSE/HETAB

Bio:  

Doug has a degree in Industrial Hygiene and an Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine physician.  

He worked for CDC’s National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) since 1992 in several roles. Currently detailed to the NIOSH Office of Construction Safety and Health and a member of the NIOSH Construction Sector Council. 

Active in many roles during the CDC COVID-19 response.
