Accountant III
The Accountant III is a mid-level professional capable of fulfilling the project accounting and project forecasting requirements of multiple mid-sized projects or a singular large project, including day-to-day interface with project management, client and contractor personnel while overseeing and developing entry level accounting staff.
•Manage contracts, amendments, insurance, bonds, SOV, Files, and Co Policies
•Produce timely and accurate review of requisitions and lien waivers
•Setup and properly format project financial forecasts to meet both the internal team and client reporting needs
•Manage the monthly project forecast meetings and maintain accurate ETC’s for employee PCI expense
•Review change management on assigned projects
•BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
•4-8 years with CM or General Contractor Organization
•Or equivalent combination of education and experience
