Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Currently, we are looking for a talented Architect to collaborate on our design projects. The Architect will collaborate on the development of design work with the Design Principal; support the production of all design drawings and specifications; coordinate the related work of other disciplines and assume in-house construction administration duties on projects. This individual will be a critical member of the project team and participate in a full range of project tasks including client interaction, presentations and design execution.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Design Documentation of projects from concept and schematic design through construction documentation and detailing
- Graphic and Rendering lead for major design projects
- Organization and coordination of all design documents, drawings and specifications, including all engineering disciplines
- Research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
- Site observations and site inventory documentation
- Participate in all aspects of construction administration related activities (in office and on site)
