Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
- nspects, maintains and calibrates all temperature, humidity and recording devices including meters and gauges.
- Reads, writes, modifies and maintains automated building software and hardware for designated systems.
- Maintains inventory and records for sensor and control devices related to digital and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoots, analyzes and advises on system malfunctions and operational requirements.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Ensures safe and effective operations and working environment.
- Responds to alarms, sensors, and alerts appropriately.
- Work may occasionally be assigned across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Information/Requirements
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Minimum five years of experience working within one or more of the following areas: pneumatic systems, installation, maintenance or repair of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, ITD, or other related field.
- Working knowledge of DDC systems, control theory, piping, blueprints and electrical circuits and schematics.
