Business Intelligence Developer
- Develops and monitors "on demand" or "ad hoc" reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Oracle.
- Interacts with business leaders and other associates to understand business requirements and needs.
- Delivers data-driven insights, produces actionable strategic direction, and helps drive business prioritization that will support growth and maximize results.
- Provides solutions tailored to individual departments while considering organization-wide impact.
- Leads various projects in a way that supports existing deployed tools and processes.
- Supports executive leadership with day, week, and month-end reporting.
- Analyzes departmental results within the context of the entire business, including data, goals, processes, and organization
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Candidate must possess three (3) years of experience analyzing business needs and providing valuable, data-centric solutions and reports; and report and dashboard development using SQL Server, Analysis Services, and other disparate data sources. Experience must include working with a variety of data formats to access, import, extract, transform, and transfer or load data.
