Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs building structures, cabinetry, doors and hardware, flooring, ceilings and walls.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Maintains and repairs existing structures and fixtures. Installs, maintains and repairs casework, cabinets, countertops, floorings, walls, ceiling, masonry, doors and door hardware.
- Performs structural remodeling, construction and demolition.
- Performs regular inspections and repairs of fire and smoke doors.
- Work may occasionally be assigned across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Other Information/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certificate of an approved carpentry apprenticeship program or trade school preferred.
- Three years of carpentry experience required.
