Concrete Paver Operator
• Navigating, Maneuvering, and Running of Concrete Paver. With additional experience on Placer/Trimmer, and Spray Cure Texture Machine preferred not required
• Confirm deck path/grade for paving process
• Follow instructions from ground workers for adjustments and changes as needed
• Spread wet concrete across desired paving path
• Vibrator adjustment as needed per field conditions and concrete properties
• Strike off plate adjustment as needed per field conditions and concrete properties
• Complete daily pre and post-operational checks and basic maintenance on equipment
• Daily Cleaning of Equipment
• Adhere to all safety practices, procedures, and policies
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional construction certifications or training preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience of concrete paver operation in the road construction and airfield paving industry
• Knowledge of slopes, stringless paving, and GPS is a plus Must have strong organizational skills in order to handle the variety of tasks assigned
• Candidates must possess strong mathematical skills
