Main Areas of Responsibility
Due to our growth, Donley's is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent in Cleveland, Ohio with overall responsibility for managing project crews during day to day field operations on assigned project(s).

Additional Areas of Responsibility
Responsibilities Include:
o Project safety implementation & management in accordance with Donley's Safety Program
o Safety Audit Process – walk jobsite & discuss with field personnel how to make jobsites safer
o Develop site specific safety plans with regional safety mgr & review monthly with project teams
o Assist estimators & attend bid review mtgs; establish project logistic plan & constructability reviews as assigned by the PM or VP
o Prepare, review, update, analyze project schedules on a regular basis with subs, vendors, & PM; communicate any schedule changes or adjustments
Other Information/Requirements
Job Requirements:
To be successful as a Superintendent, you will need
o At least five (5) years of progressively responsible roles in construction and construction management on commercial projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Strong oral communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels, both internally and externally.
o Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
