Coordinator of Operations (Thwing Student Center)
Primary responsibilities include: overseeing the student operations staff; conducting ongoing inspections of the facility to identify risk management issues as well as maintenance and/or custodial needs; promoting and enforcing facility policies and procedures, working to enhance student engagement and customer service within the facility; assist in event management as well as provide support on nights and weekends.
This position works to align the Office of Thwing Center Engagement and Operations strategic priorities and advance the mission and vision of the Division of Student Affairs and Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, the Thwing Center Coordinator of Operations will interact with a diverse campus population and will work to build, enhance and sustain valuable relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years of related experience is required;
or
- High school education and 8 years of experience including staff supervision required (working in a college union/ student center setting is strongly desirable).
