Customer Service Rep
Working under general direction, oversee general operations of Customer Service Center intake, processing and delegation of services for the Facilities Services Maintenance department, the Custodial Services department and Physical Security Services department (Key Shop). Facilitate dealing with others in the university relative to department work. Ensure resolution and customer satisfaction of service requests. Assignments may be long-term and require the department assistant to rely on own resources in task accomplishment.
Continuous contact with the coordinators of Facilities Services and the project managers of the Planning, Design and Construction department for information sharing and assistance when necessary. Continuous contact with maintenance, grounds, custodial and key shop staff to discuss work requests.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or related environment.
Education: High school education.
