Executive Assistant
Team NEO is seeking an Executive assistant capable of:
- Scheudling of board and committee meetings, roundtables, fundraising meetings with Northeast Ohio’s executives.
- Assimilation of presentations for internal and external meetings/events/speaking engagements, agendas, meeting minutes
- Provide oversight and follow-up with staff regarding outstanding tasks
- Prepare correspondence to board of directors, staff and community
- Support CEO in his invovlement with community activities
Organize, assemble and distribute all board and committee meeting materials including final overview for accuracy and completeness within established deadlines • Assist in venue location and catering for Board Meetings, Business Development Council and Fundraising meetings • Book flight, hotel and transportation requirements for CEO’s travel and that of other senior staff when needed while maintaining cost
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional judgment, discretion and tact
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced knowledge and application / Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook as well as SharePoint
