Executive Assistant

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility

Team NEO is seeking an Executive assistant capable of:

  • Scheudling of board and committee meetings, roundtables, fundraising meetings with Northeast Ohio’s executives.
  • Assimilation of presentations for internal and external meetings/events/speaking engagements, agendas, meeting minutes
  • Provide oversight and follow-up with staff regarding outstanding tasks
  • Prepare correspondence to board of directors, staff and community
  • Support CEO in his invovlement with community activities
Additional Areas of Responsibility

Organize, assemble and distribute all board and committee meeting materials including final overview for accuracy and completeness within established deadlines • Assist in venue location and catering for Board Meetings, Business Development Council and Fundraising meetings • Book flight, hotel and transportation requirements for CEO’s travel and that of other senior staff when needed while maintaining cost

Other Information/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion and tact
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced knowledge and application / Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook as well as SharePoint
