Job Description
Sodexo USA/University Hospitals
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

- Manage other managers; manage by walking around (rounding); Staffs, trains, and is responsible for employee development
- client interface; 
- payroll oversight;
- budgetary oversight on some services; 
- Oversees and coordinates projects
- Manages work orders/CMMS
- Manages mechanicals (i.e. HVAC)
- Manages QA and Safety

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Back up to GM; 2nd in command; Supervises the account as the #2 manager and has full responsibility including supervision of other managers. 

Other Information/Requirements: 
-Knowledge of Joint Commission and/or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) would be beneficial.
- Hospital Facilities experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- MS Office (Excel preferred)
*Safety Management of staff and Sodexo safety programs
* ASHRE 188/LAMPS program manager
* Compliance documentation management 
* Fire Barrier & Life Safety systems related to carpentry & plumbing
