MAINTENANCE ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Ability to work independently/with minimal supervision, or as part of a team. Willing and able to adjust from the standard work schedule as needed for operational coverage, including days that are not normally worked, and at locations not normally assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Meets one of the following:
- Possess a HVAC license for the State of Ohio.
- Possess a HVAC Journeyman’s License for the State of Ohio.
- Documented 8 years of HVAC experience/vocational training.
- 4 years of documented experience in HVAC, including repairing industrial refrigeration equipment.
Other Information/Requirements
- High School diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Current Refrigerant Handling Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Section 608 Universal Certification.
Preferred:
- Possess a Third-Class Stationary Engineers License for the State of Ohio.
- Prior Healthcare industry experience.
