Manager of General Maintenance
Supervises the work performed by project workers. Reviews major maintenance project plans and specifications. Assigns personnel to projects. Maintains records related to maintenance projects. Inspects project work to ensure compliance with specifications. Estimates construction and material costs. Performs other job-related duties as required.
A valid State of Ohio Drivers License is required. Must own or have access to a properly insured vehicle. Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds with the use of equipment or the help of others.
A High School Diploma or GED is required. Two years of full time paid management experience in facility maintenance is required. Skilled trade experience is preferred. Should be familiar with computers, Microsoft Office Suites and Ellipse Work Management System is preferred.
