Marketing Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Proposal management and development in accordance with CT’s business development philosophy: Leads the collaborative process of collecting and assembling information for proposals; communicates and sets internal production deadlines and expectations for required proposal pieces with the pursuit team; and develops, writes, edits, and proofs proposals
  • Updates resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing collateral
Additional Areas of Responsibility
  • Designs presentations and supports staff with interview preparation
  • Attends and contributes to weekly marketing team huddles
  • Coordinates and produces content and graphics for advertisements, promotional efforts, social media, conferences, tradeshows, and other industry events
Other Information/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or other related field, required
  • 5+ years of relevant professional services marketing experience, including proposal development, preferred
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the proposal management and development process, required
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically InDesign, required
  • Applicant must have a valid Ohio driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of insurance
