Piping Account Manager
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Piping estimating, project management and account management for industrial customers in
Northeast Ohio.
JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
• Estimating
• Scheduling
• Project management
• Customer relationships
• Proactive safety planning and execution
• Subcontractor and vendor relationships
• Coordination with field forces
• Cost control
• Ability to grow book of business
• Ability to react quickly to request of field associates and client needs
Additional Areas of Responsibility
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. CAD and Accubid estimating software experience a plus.
• Ability to bid and manage work from conceptual stage through completion
• Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications
Other Information/Requirements
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Preferred not Required
• Five plus years of process piping experience in the industrial market
