Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Oversees the daily operation of the campus' water systems. Applicant must have working knowledge and firm grasp of commercial/industrial building functionality. Applicant will be performing both preventative and corrective maintenance on multiple water and plumbing systems. This position requires a high level of technical expertise with a variety of building infrastructure. Off-hours evening, night and weekend work may be required in an emergency.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
- Identifies and remediates all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) issues as they arise.
- Complies with departmental policy & procedures for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Complete all assigned JLL and Client required training and complies with the established training standards at all times.
Other Information/Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Plumbing trade licensing, preferred 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing applications.
- Exposure to piping/plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and boiler controls/operation.
- Conflict resolution skills.
