Preconstruction Executive
-The Preconstruction Executive functionally performs the role of a Project Manager on multiple projects during the design phase.
-The prime responsibility is management of the entire preconstruction process to ensure a design which meets the clients functional, cost, and schedule requirements without engaging in significant redesign.
-Working through the Support Operations Manager and the Regional Operations Manager, the Preconstruction Executive ensures that all necessary resources, both field and office based, are efficiently utilized for all: estimates, value engineering sessions, constructability and coordination reviews, schedules, project buyout, early procurement, permitting, and planning requirements to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase.
-This level of full service involvement will typically be focused on at risk projects.
•Bachelor’s or Master's degree
•10+ years of purchasing and/or construction experience
•Or equivalent combination of education and experience
