Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for the regional area’s Building Construction operations, serving as the primary liaison between the Building Market Channel Leaders and their regional operations resources, overseeing safety, sales, project execution, client/partner relationships and talent management.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Support the Building Market Channel Leaders in the preparation and execution of their respective business plans at the regional level including: Preparation for the annual planning process, review meetings and forecast updates. Collaborate with Business Development on pipeline updates and sales activities. Prepare and submit to the Market Channel Leaders RFQ and proposal authorization forms. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration required
• 10 or more years of construction industry experience
