Service and Union Payroll Coordinator
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Manage all administrative aspects of the Service Department. These duties include, but are not limited to:
- Taking and recording service calls
- Setting up new jobs and job folders
- Handling and keeping track of labor hours for service technicians
- Preparing quotes, billings and statements
- Dispatching service technicians and managing day to day activities
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Manage all aspects of Union Payroll, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Payroll Hours entry
- Weekly Payroll Reports
- Monthly Union Reports
- Managing Union Notices
- Additional responsibilities including:
- Assist other employees from time to time in the performance of their duties
- Special projects as needed
Other Information/Requirements
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Ability to work with diverse personality styles
- Strong organization and time management skills, must be detail oriented, able to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of Foundation Software is a plus
