$20 Million Townhouse Project Planned for Pepper Pike

Real estate developers David Orlean and Ken Lurie are currently planning a $20 townhouse project for Pepper Pike, Stan Bullard of Crain's Cleveland Business reports. It will be the largest residential development project to take place there in 11 years.
A total of 21 buildings are planned for the 10-acre site, each consisting of two attached cluster homes. Each home will have at least 2,400 square feet of living space and first-floor master suites..."
