$61 Million for Cuyahoga County Projects

A lakefront pedestrian bridge and improvements to the Flats East Bank were among the 37 Cuyahoga County projects included in the two-year state capital budget bill.
The Greater Cleveland Partnership submitted 11 projects as regional priorities for state funding; nine were partially or fully funded in the $2.6 billion budget bill released Tuesday afternoon. The capital bill funds improvements to roads, schools and public buildings, but the most attention is paid to the relatively small amount of money for community projects."
