Caution - Snaphooks Assembly Issue (Capital Safety)

Capital Safety is aware of an assembly issue with snaphooks manufactured by a supplier.  These snaphooks are widely used components in fall protection products.  The issue concerns missing or improperly installed rivets (see photograph).
