Cleveland's Plan to Sell Undeveloped Land in Eastern Suburbs

Jay Miller of Crain's Cleveland Business explains a plan currently in review by Cleveland City Council, regarding the sale of undeveloped land in the eastern suburbs:

The Jackson administration has proposed legislation that would allow the city to sell its undeveloped land in Chagrin Highlands rather than lease it to developers or businesses that want to build in the 630-acre complex, which covers parts of Beachwood, Highland Hills, Orange and Warrensville Heights along Interstate 271."
