Casto, the Columbus-based real estate developer and owner, just took a key step — buying the land — in its quest to build a five-story apartment building in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood. Through CLE Dexter Purchaser LLC, Casto acquired 10 parcels on the northwest corner of Franklin Circle for the proposed 110-suite development, according to a deed filed Wednesday, Feb. 20, in Cuyahoga County."
