Fake HUBZone Contractor Gets 1 Year In Prison, $7M Fine

Law360, Washington (September 16, 2015, 2:00 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal court has sentenced a construction company owner to a year in prison and a $6.76 million fine for lying about where his company was based to qualify for federal contracts under Historically Underutilized Business Zone set-asides, prosecutors said.
