Technology is changing the construction industry, reducing inefficiencies and increasing coordination, according to C.W. Driver project manager Matthew Wilt. He named 3D modeling, cloud-based file transfer systems and quality-control software as the most useful tools. "Technology is helping us coordinate the work; it is helping us communicate the work to other parties that are participating in the project; and it is helping us verify that the work is installed correctly," he said.
