Cleveland Clinic Plans Express Care Facility Downtown

The Cleveland Clinic is planning a new "Express Care" facility downtown, near Public Square. The office is scheduled to open in October, Michelle Jarboe of The Plain Dealer reports.
Like the Clinic's other Express Care facilities, the office will provide walk-in attention for people with cold and flu symptoms, ear infections, sinus problems and other common health issues that don't merit a visit to urgent care or the emergency room. But the downtown clinic also will offer appointments, giving center-city workers and residents an alternative to trekking to hospital system's main campus near University Circle or Lutheran Hospital in Ohio City."
