This session will focus on best practices to document project issues, extras, and delays and increase chances of recovery for those issues.  We will explore several contract provisions, contract traps, legal requirements, and strategies to best preserve claims.  We will also discuss the issue of waiver.  Finally, we will discuss some real world examples and how a smart phone enables real time documentation and notice on project issues.
