If you haven't yet heard, CSU will kick-off a new Constuction Management Degree Program in the Fall of 2024 and CEA members are playing an important role.

Over 30 CEA members met with CSU College of Engineering leadership last week to discuss how contractors can best engage in this endeavor.

High Level Details

  • 4-year Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (BSCM) degree
  • Mandatory co-ops in construction
  • 2+2 arrangements with Tri-C, Lakeland and Lorain Community Colleges
  • Micro-credentialling programs
  • Master of Science in Engineering Systems & Project Management degree

CSU is now raising funds for scholarships and to purchase software and technology necessary to run a best-in-class program. So far, CEA Members have committed $169,333 to the cause, and we hope to reach $250,000 by Spring of 2024 to equip CSU for a successful start.

CSU also seeks industry expertise on what types of technology and software to utilize for training purposes.
