Program Overview

Are you ready to submit your bids online? OFCC (Ohio Facilities Construction Commission) projects are now available for online bidding using the bidexpress.com website. This means that you can get bid information online, enter in your prices and other required data, and submit your bid via the Internet – even verify your bid bond.

Important note: this is NOT the same service that ODOT uses for highway construction work (bidx.com) nor the Expedite™ Bid software.

It is recommended that you attend a training session for bidding on bidexpress.com before you bid on this site. This training session is a demo type of training where you will watch the instructor use the site for bidding but will not be able to “click along”. This session typically lasts from 45 minutes to an hour. The sessions are as follows:
