Margot is an experienced executive with extensive board and organizational leadership expertise. A change agent, she knows how to build, transform and optimize organizational capacity while bringing sound strategic and financial acumen to the board room. She is known for her ability to crystallize complex subjects, distilling them into actionable and manageable concepts. Smart Business Magazine named her a Master Innovator and she is a recipient of the Community Impact Award from American Banker.
 
During her career at KeyBank, Margot led HR and diversity initiatives that earned the company national distinction and successive recognition by DiversityInc., The Civic 50 and numerous other organizations and entities. During her time at Key, she led the philanthropic and community engagement portion of the $16.1 billion Community Benefits Plan required by KeyBank’s acquisition of First Niagara Bank. A career HR and DEI executive, Margot has worked across a variety of industry sectors including medical technology, manufacturing, consumer products and financial services.
 
Margot resides in Shaker Heights, Ohio and is the mother of three adult children and one grandchild. She is also the 15th National President of The Links, Incorporated.
