This course will offer students insight to the latest trends, and time management skills that project leadership is using to navigate the complex demands of building in 2025. Based off of theoretical analysis of effective time management, this course will first explore the historical roots of effective leaders, current techniques and tools to manage time more effectively, and the future of time management.

As project engineers & project managers we are expected to do more with less and this course will arm you will the tools to be an effective leader.
