This course was created to help introduce basic, construction-specific accounting concepts to those individuals charged with running the accounting and reporting functions for their construction company. During this 90-minute session, Jacob Harvey, an experienced Training Manager from Foundation Software, will walk attendees through the nuances that make construction accounting unique; showcasing items like the most important elements of a contractor’s financial statements and core components of revenue recognition, cash flow and bonding.
