Understanding OSHA's Multi-Employer Citation Policy

Accidents happen, and how we investigate and document the events is critical to understanding and mitigating risk.  This program will review OSHA's Multi-Employer Citation Policy with practical examples of its application on a multi-employer job site. It also will review what to do during an OSHA inspection as well as what your rights are during the inspection. We will review these issues and well as OSHA and related regulatory matters, risk issues, the latest on OSHA trench safety program, and management of site compliance for construction project participants.
