Building Success on One Failure After Another: Learning and Growing from Unavoidable Mistakes

Presented by: Marcia Pledger, The Plain Dealer

Why reinvent the wheel when something works - or dwell on setbacks when it comes to failure? Face it. We all make mistakes that can cost time, money or relationships. Appreciate the past, Marcia Pledger says: both successes and mistakes. Experiences in life and business make you who you are. But when you decide you’re ready to consider your future, it’s best to learn from others' mistakes, and be open to change.
