Presenter:  Todd Jensen, OSHA

Bio:  Todd has worked for OSHA for 23 years as a compliance officer and he has recently been promoted to Compliance Assistance Specialist.  He specializes in foundries, steel mills, chemical plants and refineries with an emphasis in process safety management.

Presenter:  Joann Moriarty, WHD - OSHA 

Bio:  

Joann Moriarty is a Wage Hour Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, Cleveland Area Office.  She has enforcement authority for all areas of Federal Wage Hour laws including but not limited to the Fair Labor Standards Act, Child Labor laws, Family and Medical Leave Act, Government Contracts/Davis-Bacon, Employee Polygraph Protection Act, H-1B laws and the Family First Coronavirus Response Act.  She has been with the USDOL as a Federal Investigator for 23 years.  Prior to joining them, she worked for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for just under 10 years.  She is an Ohio native and is a graduate of John Carroll University where she earned both, a B.S.B.A. (Marketing & Psychology) and a M.B.A.
