Introduction to Construction Management

 

This course is designed for professionals who want to enter the construction industry or change their role within it and advance to more project management and leadership positions. 

Attendees will learn the principles, practices and concepts of Construction Management along with how having a background and understanding of Construction Management benefits the participant, company, and projects.

 

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
