AGC Webinar

Learn how contractors Robins & Morton and Strack, Inc. are tackling chronic workforce challenges with a whole-of-firm approach to recruiting and retaining workers. The two firms will outline the steps they are taking to engage all levels – including the C-suite, HR, and field levels – to find new ways and sources to recruit workers and to create a culture that helps retain them. This moderated conversation will include specific tips other firms can use to improve their workforce development efforts. Webinar participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their own success stories. This conversation builds on some of the key themes that emerged from AGC’s first-ever Construction Industry HR and Workforce Conference that took place in November 2023.
