This half-day course will explain how we can reduce safety incidents through the application of Lean Construction tools and techniques. Find out how to identify, assess and reduce safety risks with 5S organization, Waste analysis, the Last Planner System, Kaizen events, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis, and workflow design. AGC of America recognizes the Lean into Safety as qualifying for continuing education hours towards the renewal of AGC’s Certificate of Management – Lean Construction (CM-Lean). Each hour of educational content is equal to 1 hour of CE credit. Attendees may earn up to 4 hours of CE Credit by attending Lean into Safety.
